An easy-going couple with a shared love of music, Heather & Ryan treated guests to a romantic event with a touch of boho—and a few surprises.
Heather & Ryan curated a playful playlist for their summer wedding. Heather walked down the aisle to the Elvis classic “Can’t Help Falling In Love” while Ryan, an avid Phish fan, made his entrance to the tune of “You Enjoy Myself.” They’d gotten dressed together in the same hotel room, so the surprises were saved for their guests. Special secret touches included a surprise birthday cake for Heather’s mother and aunt. Images of the couple decorated Flora along delicate strings. Baby’s breath and orchid, among other sweet flowers, graced the crushed green velvet runner on the sweetheart table.
Garlands and gold chargers decorated guest tables, which also featured roses, dahlias, lilies, and pampas grass.
The couple had their first dance to “Can’t Nobody Love You” by Solomon Burke. Heather & Ryan rocked out the evening with AC/DC’s “You Shook Me All Night Long” as their grand exit song.
