A lively couple who travels to California every chance they get, Jillian & Kenny brought their elegant and intimate style to their long-awaited wedding, adding a touch of glam by veering away from the traditional.
Together 10 years before they officially tied the knot, Jillian & Kenny nodded to their long-awaited nuptials with a sign inviting guests to party accordingly—and party accordingly they did. A violinist played “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran as Jillian, a hairdresser in Phoenix, walked down the aisle. “You Are the Best Thing” by Ray LaMontagne gave way to a remix of “Perfect” by Mike Perry and, eventually, the party kicked off in earnest with 90s and 2000s hip hop and dance music. Ever the unique pair, Kenny eschewed a wedding band for a tattoo of an anchor.
Guests were treated to the sight of a bursting floral arch in our main space. Beautifully dressed tables were set for a plated dinner of blackberry lemon salmon, braised pomegranate, and short ribs for dinner. Special decor items turned our bookcase into the backdrop of the bar. Jillian & Kenny certainly raised the bar on romance with touches of gold and burgundy throughout.
